We ship orders from Chicago, IL, to addresses in the United States (and select international locations).

• All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Custom orders (e.g., personalized refrigerator magnets) may take up to 7 business days due to production.
• Orders placed after 2 PM CST or on weekends/holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping Times & Costs (US Domestic) We use USPS for most orders (reliable and affordable for lightweight items).

• Standard Shipping: $5.99–$12.99 (based on weight/location) – Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $59 (automatically applied at checkout).
• Tracking: Provided via email once shipped.

International Shipping We ship to select countries via USPS International. Rates calculated at checkout.
